Voter Registration Questions?

After each federal election, the State Board of Elections conducts a purge of inactive voter registrations from the Commonwealth’s voter rolls in accordance with state and federal law. On February 25, 2025, after the last federal election, the State Board of Elections purged 225,311 inactive registrations; on February 10, 2023, 127,436 inactive registrations were purged. Since 2019, over 814,000 voter registrations have been removed from Kentucky’s voter rolls for all ineligibility reasons.
