Voter Registration Questions?

After each federal election, the State Board of Elections conducts a purge of inactive voter registrations from the Commonwealth’s voter rolls in accordance with state and federal law. On February 25, 2025, the State Board of Elections purged 225,311 inactive registrations; on February 10, 2023, after the last federal election, 127,436 inactive registrations were purged. Since 2019, over 734,000 voter registrations have been removed from Kentucky’s voter rolls for all ineligibility reasons.
